Belcea Quartet

The renowned Belcea Quartet celebrates its 30th anniversary with music that defined its career. The quartet broke through internationally thanks to its recording of the integral Beethoven quartets. The programme therefore couldn’t miss the third Razumovsky Quartet, one of the key works in Beethoven's repertoire. The quartet's musicians also recall with pleasure the recordings of Mozart's Hoffmeister Quartet and of Britten's integral string quartets. Indeed, an absolute delight is Britten's Third String Quartet, the composer's very last work that is considered his musical testament.
