L'art d'être heureux (Stefan Liberski)

La PERCHE : L'art d'être heureux

Stefan Liberski

Jean-Yves Machond, a world-renowned and generally unhappy painter, decides one day to change his life. He seeks inspiration in a small Normandy town, in order to create a masterpiece that will finally win him eternal fame and recognition. But his encounter with the local artists, from the warm-hearted Bagnoule to the skilful Cécile, will throw him off course, and bring him face to face with his deepest dream: simply to be a happy man.

*What does P.E.R.C.H.E mean? P.E.R.C.H.E stands for "Projections Et Rencontres pour Cinéphiles en situation de Handicap ou d'Empêchement" (Screenings and Encounters for Cinephiles with Disabilities or Impairments), a project of cinema screenings that strives for inclusion of all audiences so that as many people as possible can go to the cinema. As cultural workers, we do not always have all the necessary knowledge. That's why we collaborate with different associations that work with and for people with disabilities.
