Somewhere on the internet there’s a 250 km² space in which individuals form a community and take part in a simulated survival game. Posing as avatars, a film crew penetrate the site and come into contact with the players. Who are these inhabitants? Are they really playing?

After the screening of Knit's Island, take part in a Q&A session with director Quentin L'Helgouac'h, accompanied by a live demonstration of DayZ, the video game featured in the film. The session will be hosted by Pierre Larvol (JV en savoir +), a mediator specialising in cinema and video games.
