Björk meets Coco Rosie meets Arvo Pärt : these six young singers from Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland have joined forces for a unique vocal, live improvisation project, home-based in Copenhagen since 2009. The release of their second album is planned in the fall of 2014.

How would it sound like if Fela Kuti, Charles Mingus and Ornette Coleman formed a band together in Copenhagen? Well, The KutiMangoes will give you an idea with their own mix of afrobeat, electric jazz, soul and blues. This is music yet unheard, based on solid grooves and raw, untouched energy.
