Le Champ des visions

Insects: singular and captivating. Boris Van der Avoort gives his own personal take on these animals from various perspectives: aesthetic, mythological, phobic, philosophical, auditory... In total, 15 viewpoints combining arresting images and unusual techniques to constantly awaken our interest. Van der Avoort has created numerous video and cinematographic installations (including Le nom des choses, about the language of children). He has also edited most of Thierry de Mey’s films.
