Didier Mélon’s radio programme, Le Monde est un Village, opens its studios to musicians from Belgium and abroad, and occasionally moves further afield for live broadcasts in different settings. These programmes are broadcast on RTBF Première. Belgian guitarist Quentin Dujardin’s project, Kalaban Coura, will feature in a live concert on Thursday, May 24, at Flagey’s Studio 1. A well-travelled musician, Dujardin was enthralled with the sounds of West Africa, where he worked with musicians in Mali.
