For this visual/musical concert, Tandem 66 takes us on a bicycle journey of 6000 km from New York to San Francisco. These two extraordinary musicians, Xavier Locus and Julien Elleouet, defied the physical limits of the human body by cycling from one coast to the other. They support the numerous images and movies from their journey with great American music such as Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, the unforgettable melodies from West Side Story by Bernstein, as well as music by Duke Ellington, Samuel Barber, John Williams, John Cage and Scott Joplin.
