Vassilena Serafimova, Thomas Enhco

This extraordinary duo shatters the boundaries between jazz and classical music. The sound of Vassilena’s marimba, by turns warm and rounded like a wind instrument, then percussive and violent, combines marvellously with Thomas’s piano improvisations. The duo has already thrilled the Festival’s audience and returns this year to present its new project, based on Johann Sebastian Bach.
