Happy end
Michael Haneke
An extended bourgeois family from Calais (the “jungle” and its misery are present in the background) are trying to cope with a crisis caused by a serious work-site accident. Trintignant picks up from where he left off with his magnificent role in Amour, Huppert is a Haneke ever-present, and the film itself mixes all the ingredients held most dear by one of the leading directors working today, including his uncompromising formal demands.
