Best of Shorts, is probably the Festivals' best category! First of all, because each film was chosen out of hundreds of others. A quick calculation tells us that the proportion corresponds to about 4 %! And then there's the great diversity, profusion of techniques, origins, running time (between 1 and 30 minutes). In short, highly recommended programmes!
