Masterclass with Uri Kranot
From linear films to immersive storytelling / VR
Uri Kranot's art (Black Tape, Terre d´écueil, How Long, Not Long and Nothing Happens) falls within experimental genres and unfamiliar mediums, such as virtual reality. In this masterclass, he will explain how to go from linear to immersive storytelling in virtual reality, taking as an example his latest film The Hangman at Home, co-directed with Michelle Kranot, inspired by the famous poem of the same name by Carl Sandburg and selected and awarded at several festivals around the world.
