Vice Versa
Expressiveness, inventiveness and creativity are central to both Bram De Looze's solo projects and his collaborations. For his trio Vice Versa, Bram surrounds himself with two resounding names from the jazz world: New York master drummer Eric McPhersen and Berlin bassist Felix Henkelhausen. Both are compositional masterminds with limitless rhythmic possibilities. De Looze composed a completely new repertoire for this trio. What to expect? Exceptional approaches, in which the rules of music constantly change without losing continuity or dynamics.
"You can feel that Eric McPhersen has played with many jazz icons," he says.
"Felix Henkelhausen is open and innovative just like Eric McPhersen. I knew straight away that this would be a great fit."
