Ensemble Tropismes "Le voyage de Charlie"

Back from school, Charlie goes to her room. There she joins her imaginary friends, Félix and Lily, her two favourite toys. There, she recounts the highlights of her day and recalls the most important memories of her life, filled with thoughts and a whirlwind of emotions: joy, fear, sadness, anger, joy... The artists invite us to give words to these feelings - with music, of course!

‘Charlie's Journey’ takes us on an emotional journey, to the music of Vivaldi, Schumann, Glass, Gershwin and Beethoven. Here's a show to entertain, but also to teach children to understand these universally known emotions, to express them better and finally to realise that music can also help us to share them, name them and channel them. The role of music in our lives and in society in general is also worth reflecting on: to what and with whom do we associate it? What does it give us, depending on events, moments and memories?

Ensemble Tropismes is first and foremost the project of virtuoso soloists trained at the finest international conservatoires, driven by their passion for music, their unfailing friendship and their commitment to awakening young minds, sowing the seeds of emotional understanding through notes and words, and enchanting children's hearts.
