What happens when Brussels saxophonist Toine Thys and Egyptian Oed player Ihab Radwan join forces? The unique result is the project OVERSEAS, an encounter between Arabian music and Hijaz tones, between jazz and tonal improvisation and classical music and Brazilian rhythms. Their extremely varied repertoire includes both free and highly melodic compositions.
