Trio BECEL - Franz's Laboratory

Trio BECEL is committed to uncovering the secrets behind the composition process and making that aspect of music making more accessible. For this occasion, these three passionate chamber music lovers focus on the famous 2nd movement of the Quartet "Death and the Maiden" of which they perform their own transcription. Throughout the performance, we learn more about the composer Franz Schubert and how he put his heart and soul into music. A fascinating look into the mind and the musical language (bècél means "to speak" in Hungarian) of the illustrious composer.
