Piknik Concert | Album release: D'ombres (2019, Cyprès Records) – recorded at Flagey
Kleurrijke Belgische en Franse pianomuziek staat centraal op het gloednieuwe album van pianiste Élodie Vignon. In 2018 werd haar cd gewijd aan de muziek van Claude Debussy enthousiast onthaald en nu pakt ze uit met een hommage aan de Franse Henri Dutilleux en met werk van de Belgische componist Claude Ledoux dat hij aan haar opdraagt. Uiteraard ontbreekt ook Beethoven niet tijdens dit intieme piknikconcert, zij het met ook hier een Belgische knipoog: de Luikse componist André Grétry was een van Beethovens grote voorbeelden.
